There are two pickup locations: one in Spontin, which is open 24/7 (Chaussée de Dinant, 3a), and one in Yvoir (Rue Puits du Champ, 1a), which is open during regular post office hours—Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
