Chocolate coins: Esterlin de Poilvache

These coins, once again being made in Poilvache at the initiative of "Les amis de Poilvache" non-profit association, are made from chocolate and bear the name of Esterlin de Poilvache. Made by the chocolate-maker E. Bouvier.  This treat reproduces one side of a medieval coin, which was found at the Poilvache site.

Specialises in breeding highly tasty trout in ponds adjoining the Gardens of Annevoie, with water supplied from the very pure waters of the Rouillon.
The company has its own smokehouse using Namur oak, and produces white and pink fresh trout and smoked trout.
