• Out-of-school care is available on Wednesday afternoons at the Salle omnisports du Maka in Yvoir.
   
• There are 2 options:
  - either the children are fetched as soon as school finishes and they are taken to the Salle omnisports by coach or by foot (for schools in Yvoir)
  - or children are dropped off at the hall at the time of their chosen activities. Sport and drama activities are organised from 1.15pm to 4.30pm for children from the age of 2 and a half to 12, or else they can select those which interest them: DIY, various activities and sport. A timetable is drawn up.
   
• Rates:
  - regular attendance: €4/Wednesday for the 1st child and €3 for additional children in the same family
  - occasional attendance: €5/ Wednesday for the 1st child and €3 for additional children in the same family
  - attendance at one session: €1.50/hour
  Child-minding from 5pm to 6pm: €1
   
• Children need to come with something to eat. Children may be picked up from 4pm onwards. If necessary, childminding is available until 5.30-6pm.
  So as not to have to handle money in schools, you are asked to pay the monthly total (for occasional attendance) or quarterly total (for regular attendance) into account number 091-0130575-42 indicating the surname and first name of the child. This is the only form of payment accepted. For children taking part on a session-by-session basis, the money should be handed over to the leader before the activity.

• The municipal administration organises holiday playschemes (accredited by the Belgian Birth and Child Office) in July and August at the dates and places indicated below for children between the age of 2 and a half and 12.
   
  
• Children are supervised by a playscheme leader, trained coordinators and students. Children who so wish can learn a new sport with a local club for 2 hours per day during the week (see table).
  Each child enrolled is given a copy of the educational programme and the playscheme regulations sheets.

• The prices per week for a family’s children are: 
      €25 for the first two, and €15 as of the third. + 5 € when Chevetogne
  
• Playscheme opening hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm (with childminding from 7.30am to 8.30am and from 4.30pm to 5.30pm)

  In order to ensure that children are correctly looked after and that the activities are correctly organised, the number of places is limited to 40 children per week and you are invited to enroll your children as early as possible. Enrollment closes on 30 June 2010.
